TACOS

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kg. pork meat
18 just made tortillas
1/2 dried tortilla
5 ancho peppers
2 pasilla peppers
1/2 onion
1 garlic tooth
3 spoons of toasted peanuts
Frying oil
Salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION

Cook the meat and drain it, save the broth and grind the meat.

Toast the peppers, place them in the broth that was left by the meat.

Deep fry the 1/2 dried tortilla

Blend the peppers (chiles) with the onion, garlic, fried tortilla and peanuts; add salt and pepper. Add some broth and boil everything at a low fire until the mix thickens.

Fill up the freshly made tortillas with meat, fold them up and place them in a steamer, to make the tacos "sweat". In you dont have a steamer wrap them up in a cotton rag and place them in a wicker basket.
